About Icon Tower One

Tower One was the first to open in Icon. Located on the NE side of the 10-acre property, the focus of the lobby is the Miami Circle, the 2000 year old protected site which was recently turned into a state park. The 715 Unit Tower is actually two towers combined: The East Side of the Tower that rises 57 floors high and the west side rising 52 Floors. The towers are connected on each floor by swinging doors. The East Side's address is 465 Brickell Ave. and the west side is 475 Brickell Ave. Each floor has 15 units including studio, Jr. 1bed, 1bed, 2bed, 2bed + den, and 3bed units. The floor plans on the east side of the Tower, in general, have better views as they face SE towards Key Biscayne. The units on the west side of the tower predominantly face NE and NW, with river and city views. Tower One has a private elevator on the 15th floor which takes residents to the 28,000 sq. ft. spa and fitness center located on the 14th floor. Tower One also features a poker and billiards room located on the 15th floor. The 2-acre pool deck can be reached by taking the elevator to the 15th floor and exiting through Café Icon. Tower One Units include 1 parking space and valet options.

TOWER ONE FLOOR PLANS

Tower One features 15 units per floor and 12 different floor plans. Each floor features a 3-bed/2.5-bath "A" Line unit with unobstructed views facing East with bay views towards Miami Beach. This is the largest floor plan among Icon Brickell's three towers. The SE facing floor plans in Tower One (A, B-REV and C) feature open and stunning bay views. The "J" Line is the only 1-bed in Tower One that faces South with a partial bay view overlooking the 2-acre infinity edge pool deck. The "K" Line is the smallest Tower One 1-bed/1-bath floor plan at 726 sq. ft. with views facing NE and NW. One of my favorite floor plans in Tower One is the Studio "L" model - this unit rents super fast and with curtains, can be divided into a great live/work space. Finally, the "E" Line offers spectacular city and partial bay views NE on high floors, and is a great rental because of its split floor plan.
